How do I place an order?
You can place an order as either a registered or guest user. On any product page, select your preferred color/size (if applicable), choose the quantity, and click the “Add to Cart” button. From your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. At checkout, add or confirm your personal and shipping information, select payment options, apply any discount vouchers (if applicable), and review your order before clicking “Place Order Now.”
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Our stock is continuously updated. If a color or size is not available in the product’s drop-down menu, it is out of stock. For special requests or queries, please contact our Customer Care.
The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?

If the order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it but can exchange or return the product according to our policies.
How do I know if Neo Line has received my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from NeoLine.com. This email confirms that your order has been placed. To check if your order has been shipped, you can log in to your account and view the "My Orders" section. If you don’t have an account, you can email Customer Care at neolinehelp@gmail.com with your Order ID for assistance.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
